Vision, Mission & Core Values

We envision a future in which managers and entrepreneurs are able to trust their teams and delegate their workloads responsibly so that they can stop being busy doing nothing.

We strive to ask disconcerting questions about the ontology of modern-day management styles, approach these questions from a philosophical perspective, and answer them through independent thinking, open debate, reasoned argument and first-rate research.

We aspire to impart the results of our efforts, through executive coaching for C-Suite executives, civic leaders and entrepreneurs, in-house staff trainings and a variety of public workshops open to attendees from every walk of life.

The core values outlined below are the anchor to which we have attached the foundation on how we work and conduct ourselves. We have an entire universe of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that, although society, government, politics, and technology change continuously, they are the core values we will abide by.

In an ever-changing world, our core values are constant. They are not descriptions of the work we do or the strategies we employ to accomplish our mission, they underlie our work, how we interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfil our mission.

The core values are the basic elements of how we go about our work.  They are the practices we use (or at least strive try to use) every day in everything we do. They are:

Treating others the way we want to be treated: We are a big believer in the Golden Rule. It is the dominating factor in all our business relationships, a principle that allows us to sleep well at night.

Cultivating a culture of critical and creative thinking: We ask disconcerting questions, seek understanding, and practice the habits of good thinking.

Encouraging open and honest communication: Problems fester when teams are not open and honest. We believe in fostering a culture that rewards and promotes honesty, even if this leads to disagreement. It is important to be bold when aiming to change the world; it takes guts and courage.

Keeping things simple and adding real value: Today’s superfluous marketing spin calls for authenticity and honest stories.

Passion! Life is too short to not love what you do, why you do it, and who you do it with.

Advocating transparency and an open culture: There should be no hoarding information and we believe it is important to support experimentation.

Making a difference in the world: Fifty-four of the 100 most powerful entities in the world today are companies, not countries. Businesses should be aware of their ecological footprint and look at their emotional fist print
